At AMC Theatres Merch, we want you to be as comfortable in our apparel as you are in our recliner seats. If your purchase doesn't earn a standing ovation, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack the Premiere Goods

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
